These Employer Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of FlashJobs by employers, recruiters, hiring teams, consultants, and authorized business representatives who use the platform to post vacancies, review candidate profiles, communicate with applicants, or purchase employer-facing services.

By creating an employer account, posting a job, purchasing a paid service, or otherwise using the employer side of the platform, you agree to comply with these terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, and all relevant laws in India. If you use FlashJobs on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Eligibility And Employer Accounts

  • You must provide accurate business, contact, and account information when registering or updating an employer account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity carried out through the employer account
  • You may not create multiple misleading accounts, impersonate another company, or allow unauthorized persons to use your employer profile
  • FlashJobs may request verification details to confirm business identity, hiring authority, or service eligibility

Use Of Employer Services

FlashJobs may provide employers with access to job posting tools, candidate applications, profile search, employer dashboards, response management, premium visibility options, and related hiring support features.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Access to some employer tools may depend on account status, verification, subscription level, geography, job category, or separate service terms.

Job Posting Rules

  • All job posts must relate to genuine and current hiring opportunities
  • Job descriptions, salary details, work conditions, and hiring requirements must be accurate and not misleading
  • You must not demand unlawful deposits, registration charges, or any improper payment from applicants
  • You must ensure that your hiring communication and selection process complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws

Candidate Information And Data Use

Candidate data accessed through FlashJobs may be used only for lawful recruitment, evaluation, interview coordination, and hiring-related purposes. Candidate data must not be resold, publicly disclosed, scraped, copied in bulk, or used for unrelated solicitation.

You are responsible for handling candidate information securely and in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Where candidate access is limited by platform rules, archived application windows, or service restrictions, you must respect those limits.

Paid Services And Billing

FlashJobs may offer paid employer services such as premium job posts, subscriptions, database access, visibility boosts, credits, or other hiring tools. The applicable pricing, validity, usage limits, and billing terms will be shown at the time of purchase or activation.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable service details, fees paid for employer services are non-refundable except where required by law. FlashJobs may revise pricing, feature availability, lead limits, or commercial packaging at its discretion.

Third-Party Tools And Communications

Employer services may include third-party tools or integrations, including communication services, analytics tools, payment systems, automation workflows, or AI-assisted screening or calling solutions. Use of such tools may be subject to additional operational or third-party conditions.

FlashJobs may send service notices, employer alerts, billing messages, support communications, promotional updates, and hiring-related notifications by email, SMS, calls, WhatsApp, push notification, or other available channels.

Restrictions And Misuse

Employers must not use FlashJobs to post fraudulent jobs, impersonate another business, discriminate unlawfully, send spam, scrape data without permission, interfere with platform security, or use the platform in a way that harms users, the service, or the integrity of the hiring process.

We may moderate or remove job posts, restrict candidate visibility, suspend employer tools, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, legal non-compliance, data abuse, or risk to the platform or its users.

Intellectual Property And Platform Rights

FlashJobs retains all rights in the platform, brand, software, design, databases, and related employer tools, except for content that belongs to users. Employers remain responsible for ensuring that all logos, job content, brand assets, and materials uploaded by them are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

By using employer services, you authorize FlashJobs to host, format, display, process, and distribute your job-related content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

Disclaimer And Limitation

FlashJobs does not guarantee the number, quality, suitability, accuracy, or hiring-readiness of candidates who may respond to a job post or become visible through employer services. Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate information, conducting checks, and making independent hiring decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, FlashJobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, reputational, or data-related losses arising from employer use of the platform, third-party service interruptions, candidate conduct, or hiring outcomes.

Suspension, Governing Law And Contact

FlashJobs may suspend, restrict, or terminate employer access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access creates operational, legal, security, or reputational risk. These Employer Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws in India.
